Do you suffer from insomnia or anxiety? Have you tried more than once to lose weight? Do you regularly experience pain?
All of these could be a sign of stress. The negative effects of stress on the body, in our relationships, and in our work performance are well documented, and stress can often affect us more than we even realize. In this presentation, EFT Practitioner Jennifer Jackson will introduce a powerful technique to decrease anxiety, reduce pain, slow the heart rate, shut off the fight-or-flight response, and create a sense of calm. Come join us as we dissolve stress and tap into peace and well-being.
Jennifer graduated from Yale University with a B.A. and M.A. in Music and spent over twenty years teaching music to children in a variety of settings. Throughout this time she cycled in and out of debilitating periods of chronic insomnia, and was always looking for the magic cure.
In 2011, following a particularly stressful period in her life coupled with some of the most intense insomnia she had ever experienced, she found energy healing, which changed her life forever. She quickly became certified in hypnotherapy, polarity therapy, and finally EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), where she found her true calling. She has since opened a mind-body healing practice focused on helping people release the subconscious blocks that keep unwanted issues locked in place. While she enjoys working with a variety of clients, she specializes in helping insomniacs regain healthy sleeping patterns and has developed the Beyond Insomnia Program — the program she yearned to have during her own struggles with sleep. She now practices at the Internal Wisdom Wellness Center in Folsom as well as her home office in Diamond Springs.
Jennifer still loves teaching and regularly presents talks on how to end insomnia without sleeping pills and how to effectively manage stress to the community. Last year she spoke at a regional conference of EFT practitioners and is working to become an official EFT trainer, where she will train others to become certified practitioners.
